Return & Refund Policy

* We only accept returns & exchange request only if the items are found to be damaged or mis-shipped upon delivery. In such case, you can contact our customer service team <hello@gik.wine> within 3 days upon receiving the order, providing us your order number, relevant receipt and the reason of return. (The order details can be found in your order history or email).

* Other than the above situation, we would not accept any request for exchange of products or cancellation of orders.

* All returned items must arrive unused and in the original packaging.

* Request of order refund and refund for shipping costs will be determined at the sole discretion of Gik Wine.
